Tricks of the photography trade.

Hey Everyone

Yet again in sat at my Mac working away , editing all the beautiful photos I take. I love being a photographer with all the different families I meet. I try hard to get everything right in the camera but I like to make my photos extra special for my clients which can mean hours and hours of editing for me.

To make life a little easier I use a variety of different tools in photoshop and one of my favourite vendors is LSP Actions they are simple to use , great value for money and very effective. One of my favourite little actions is the one that adds a texture in the background of the photos.  I use this action a lot on Maternity photos and Baby photos to add a little depth to the image. It also works on outdoors lifestyle photos too, in fact its great to use on pretty much everything.

It really couldn't be simpler to use, you simply press play, heres a video of me using the LSP Action with a pregnancy photo in my studio, why not take a look i promise its not long! Here's the texture set i have from LSP Actions with the handy action to add it to your photos in photoshop.

One of the great things about using the LSP Actions is the help and support you get from Lauren ( owner and photoshop guru at LSP Actions) on her Facebook group . Why not pop over and say Hi :)

So back to editing for me and if you'd like to see more of my recent work pop over to my Facebook page, right time for a cuppa and a biscuit to dunk too :) well it is Friday

Bye for now
